The BROS boys are coming back Down Under, and it’s only taken them 29 years.
The British brothers who had the massive 80s pop hit When Will I Be Famous have joined the many nostalgia acts including Vanilla Ice, Vengaboys and Take That who have recently toured, or announced tours.
Matt and Luke Goss, also known as BROS, will play a one-off show in Sydney, their first since they last toured Australia in 1988 causing mass hysteria as thousands of fans turned up at airports and hotels to see the pair.
“One of the most memorable moments for me in BROS was our Australian tour, we were so welcomed, it felt like home and the fans were fantastic, we hope to see them all in Sydney this November,” Matt said.

“BROS has been part of my life for 30 years. I’m deeply proud of BROS and our 1988 tour of Australia with thousands of fans greeting us every step of the way was an absolute highlight,” Luke added.
Since BROS disbanded in 1992 the brothers have branched out with Luke pursuing acting and appearing in films including Hellboy 2, Blade 2 and The Man, while Matt pursued a solo music career selling more than five million albums.
They haven’t played together as BROS since 1989.
